Apparently oil companies have developed the technology to refine oil into "clean" gas that emits ZERO pollution. They actually developed it decades ago. The problem is the refineries. Basically the money it would take to update the refineries that chemically alter oil into usable gasoline would make the cost of gas $10 a gallon. Would you pay $10 a gallon? I live in NYC so I just complain about the cost of subways, its the rest of the country that screwing up the planet!!! Just kidding.

The cool thing about this video is that it isn't a conspiracy theory. This guy is a chemist and he has worked for these companies developing this technology. How cool is that. yoskippy with the scoop. Albeit too late. . .

November 9th, 1989: the day the Berlin Wall fell ushered in the end of the cold war between the Soviet Union and the United States and reunified Germany. It is a day that saw broken families reunited and a global sigh of relief swept the world. Two global super powers with their fingers on the triggers of the most destructive bombs ever created, took a step back from the brink.

You can use bricks to build walls or build bridges. That's why I think that today, November 9th, should be the first recognized international holiday. Today can be a day everyone celebrates the fall of the wall.

Draft Al Gore!

Republicans will continue to privatize government until we are the United States of McDonald's. The lack of accountability and rationality in corporate legislation comes down to Americans being expendable. It could be your mortgage, your car, your job, your health care, your social security or your kids education that gets auctioned off to the highest corporate bidder in exchange for astronomical campaign contributions, but trust me you WILL get F**KED.

The free market is giving way to politicians siphoning money for themselves causing a state of disorder to due to absence or nonrecognition of authority; fiscal anarchy. If the government is unable to restrict or enforce laws on companies that are "international" or "above the law" the economy will lack stability and the future will be held hostage, not by American companies, but foreign "investors" that can dictate their own terms in order to "bail out" our diving economy.

Nobody's talking about socializing the market, just setting up the same accountability for corporations that people have. Don't you have to pay back your debt? Airlines don't.

World War III will not be fought with guns. It will be an economic battlefront where livelihoods are bought and sold.

Whatever you think of Hillary Clinton, the "moral majority" will NOT elect a woman, or for that matter, a black man named Obama (who's name is one LETTER away from public enemy no.1 Osama). Sorry folks we are not that liberated yet.

Al gore won the popular vote in the 2000 presidential election. If he became president he would certainly to fix the broken electoral system that robbed him of his presidency so no other presidential election could be hijacked. Have you noticed the weather around the world acting a bit strange? Al gore noticed.

The world is on the brink of war. The American economy is falling apart. Corporate ownership is going through the roof while accountability is non-existent. The candidate with the most votes doesn't win the presidential election. Bryan Singer got into a fight with FOX studios and now the X-Men franchise is dead. Why doesn't this make you angry? Because you are rich , just like this guy.

The attacks of 9/11 have defined a generation. We can no longer rush onto our departing plane and just make it, we can't even get to the gate without taking off our shoes. It is now common to see men with armed machine guns patrolling the streets and subways of New York City. In the U.S. you can get arrested for not having proper Identification on your person. Color coded safety barometers can go from green to yellow and stop your work day at a moments notice. Personal privacy is something you can tell you grandchildren about. 6 years later the politics of fear are still the norm.

But these changes are cosmetic compared to the loss of 2,974 innocent lives lost on the day of that attack. Those numbers do not include the lives of the 19 cowardly hijackers. Today we honor those lives and remember that day with heavy hearts.

In the 21st century China is slowly taking over the world, Saudi Arabia owns everything and the people of Mexico are just looking for a better life in another country. In the 21st century China is the new Germany, Saudi Arabia is the new Great Britain and Mexico is the new America.

Our pretty friend here does NOT like EXCLAMATION POINTS. They are absolutely, undeniably, irrevocably, completely useless. I wonder how she feels about superfluous adjectives?

On a side not, is it easier to listen to someone who is good looking? Does that make us shallow? Vain? Human?? What if the smartest person in the world, with all the solutions to the world's problems, was fugly?
