Apparently oil companies have developed the technology to refine oil into "clean" gas that emits ZERO pollution. They actually developed it decades ago. The problem is the refineries. Basically the money it would take to update the refineries that chemically alter oil into usable gasoline would make the cost of gas $10 a gallon. Would you pay $10 a gallon? I live in NYC so I just complain about the cost of subways, its the rest of the country that screwing up the planet!!! Just kidding.
